Nooa Kekoni (They/them) is a Helsinki based queer dance artist, event producer, DJ (softis), activist and a performer. They studied in the bachelor’s degree programme in dance in Theater Academy, graduated in spring 2019.

They've been recently working with collective & queer pleasure, intersections of safety, building anti fascist spaces, holistic physicality and the somatic constructions of polyamory and love. Kekoni tends to expand their activities in the context of performance art, community work and club culture, to reach more versatile understanding and working ground for a holistically moving and ever changing political body.

They're also continually increasing own body and gender- sociopolitical and queer-feminist relation to his activity, towards more accessible, sustainable and anti-racist environment and working platforms.

Clear group dynamics and working ethics, transparency and sharing(we're together in this!), every project should give more than take, awareness in what context you work in and establishing a safer or a braver space, in order to freely test out and meander around.
